Solution First visit http://www.SiteInQuestion.com/ClientSupport/SelfHelp1.php for example if you're having problems with CamWithHer, you'd proceed to http://www.CamWithHer.com/ClientSupport/SelfHelp1.php. There is a password retrieval system where most users can get their password emailed to them. If that doesn't work then please visit CCBill Support. If all else fails please submit a ticket.
