	Why aren't my login credentials working?

Solution The most common reasons for failed logins are:

1. You have failed to login too many times in a row.
After failing to login multiple times in a row, your account will be locked for ten minutes. After ten minutes, open a new browser and try again with the correct cridentials.

2. You are using an incorrect login or password.
Both your login & password are case SeNsiTiVe and should not contain any spaces on either side. You can try to relogin again by clicking here or if you are still unable to login, click here to contact support.

3. Your account may have expired.
If you have recently canceled your account and are unsure when it expires, click here to contact support and we will lookup your account for you. To rejoin, click here.

4. Your account may have been shared.
If you have shared your login/password involuntarily or intentionally, your account is most likely locked. You will need to click here to contact support.

5. You may have exceeded our daily download limit of 2 gigs per day.
If you believe you have downloaded more than our limit you may click here to contact support or you may wait 24 hours for the lock to be removed.

6. You're logging into the wrong area!
You may be logging into our private chat area with your members username and password or visa versa.

7. You may have violated our Terms of Service.
Make sure you follow all of the rules and treat all models and staff with respect.

8. You may be marked for fraud or other legal issues.
There could be an issue with your payments, issues with you being flagged as a content/password trader, issues with you recording shows, and more.
