 Why didn't the credits I purchased show up in my account?
Solution Sometimes there is a glitch in the auto processing of credits in which case we will manually add the credits to your account. Please submit a ticket under the Private Chats or Billing categories and provide us with the subscription ID number or email address used when you made the purchase through CCBill as well as your username on the private chat system.
